đ Reblog de @tommorris In shitty organisations, employees live in a continuous Now. No archives; no past, just endless Now. The decisions of yester-year are a mystery, lost in deleted mailboxes of departed colleagues (they do seeem to move on quite quickly, oddly enough). There's no time to learn from mistakes or reconsider the wisdom of past decisions based on evidence, because the evidence just disappears. Which is welcome because thinking and evidence gets in the way of Disruptive Bold Innovation etc.
