“✅” could work, but it’s more appropriate when there’s a task involved. “👍” could also work, but it’s not “neutral” enough. :acknowledged: is a perfect balance.

What’s your favorite Slack custom reacji? The one you NEED in all of your workspaces? For me, it’s this :acknowledged: icon. It’s perfect to communicate that you’ve read an important message. One that doesn’t necessarily involve a task, but that you need to be aware of.
